Please note that the job is no longer active!

The research project aims to develop the study of job typologies that intrinsically rely on information technology for being executed, in an either exclusive or partial way.
The research provides, at first, a recognition of the innovative ways of organizing work that take advantage of computer applications and network utilization. The project intends to create a legal framework of various forms of virtual work and imagine possible adaptations of the labour law categories as well as identify a legal status of protection, referring to wage, protection of health and fundamental freedoms of the workers.
The study will try to understand the new value of the exchange in employment caused by the introduction of a virtual space is not predictable through the traditional instruments of measurement and control of work performance.
