Workers' Health and Safety in Outsourcing Process (H.O.P.)

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The project aims to analyze workers' risks in outsourcing processes.
Segmentation of productive processes and integration between undertakings through subcontracting chains affect the quantity and quality of risks faced by workers. Italian law prescribes specific obligations for the client and the contractor aimed at improving health and safety conditions of the workers.
The research will examine prevention and protection measures in the event of work and services outsourcing, their practice and applicative solutions for all contracts untyped by the law.
Re-enacted prevention legislation and its potential applications, the project’s final part will be devoted to the development of criteria and operational tools to verify the compliance of outsourcing schemes with labour prevention and protection rules. The final output of the project will consist in a check list in order to allow an easier verification of compliance with prevention standards in outsourcing processes.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
