Please note that the job is no longer active!

The project PROINNO_BIT aims to promote the innovation of Apulian-targeted food industry through the achievement of: (i) novel food; (ii) food improved in relation to nutritional, sensorial, safety and shelf-life aspects; and (iii) innovative solutions applied to the production lines. The innovative proposals based on technological solutions aim at exploring and setting-up food processing solutions which allow an improved shelf-life (e.g. fresh, sliced and packaged drum wheat-based bread, characterized by a prolonged shelf-life).
