“New trends for spaces, management, processes and investment objectives in commercial real estate”

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The purpose of the research project is to identify new trends in the mass-retailing sector.

In particular the example of shopping centres will be analysed, during the planning (project feasibility) and developing process, from an architectural and facility management point of view. The study will be conducted through the analysis of case history, interviews and qualitative data collection and will attempt to define current trends in commercial spaces. The study will also focus on developing models and strategies to improve both the investment process and the management of commercial real estate.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
