Feasibility study about the establishment of an Interregional Observatory of the Index Accessibility House (Housing Affordability Index)

The study goal is to evaluate the feasibility of an observatory at the interregional level (Liguria, Lombardy and Piedmont) able to work out on a scheduled base the Index Accessibility House (IAC) at the municipal level and for metropolitan areas, infracomunale. The availability of such a synthetic indicator will be a useful reference for Local Authorities (regions and municipalities) to monitor the means and chances of aditing to house ownership, and for all the stakeholders in the business, developers and credit institutions (see ref. attached research plan).
