Characterization of products made by new compression molding processes

Please note that the job is no longer active!

Compression moulding is a relatively new forming technology by which very high molecular weight materials can be processed. Fully exploiting the potential of such very high molecular weight polymers requires a deeper understanding of the process parameters and how they correlate with the properties of the end-products which the process aims to. Within this project, the candidate will closely cooperate with process engineers and will be in charge of developing new characterization techniques also using spectroscopic advanced tools (micro Raman and/or microFTIR) in addition with measuring barrier properties.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
