The technological development gave to the Criminal Jurisdiction new tools to improve the scientific investigation that consent to find in the Crime Scene information and elements to be utilize in the trial as evidence. Consequently is extremely important to study the link between investigation and scientific evidence, building up the conditions for a proper and useful use of them during the summon. For this reasons is fundamental to fix standard procedures indicating the best way to proceed using the best scientific tools of investigation. The collaboration with the “Laboratorio di Genetica Forense”, part of the Gabinetto Interregionale di Polizia Scientifica of Piemonte and Valle d’Aosta, will consent a benchmark and a briefing of informations and opinions among the different academics under the different scientific branches, essential for the standards redaction.
