The research project wants to implement and innovate s apscific tool for performance analysis through the application of information technology in the human resource management models. The general objective or the research project is: to create a management tool for performance evaluation that allows managers to move beyond approaches performance-oriented to managerial logics more centered on employees' competences development. The expected output is a new management model for performance evaluations of employees which gives to managers greater efficiency in the process as it is characterized by closeness to business objectives and congruent with the organizational processes. The performed instrument allows the development of the employees' competences, fosters comuunication between organizational levels, and supports the worker (at alla levels) being aware of its responsibilities to a greater professional and decision-making autonomy.

The competition will be carried out by an evaluation of titles and examination by means of an interview.
