Marie Curie Actions funded fellowship Research productivity and technology transfer activities: Empirical evidence and theoretical reflections from the Italian public research system

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The aim of this research is to:

A) Assess the breadth and depth of technology-transfer (TT) activities undertaken by a representative sample of the academics in Italy, focusing on the entire range of both Intellectual Property (IP) -based and non-IP based TT-activities;

B) Complement this information with empirical evidence on academics’ research productivity, highlighting the trade-offs between TT-activities and research, as well as the impact of different TT-activities on research outputs;

C) Explore the impact of TT-activities on professional identities, organizational identification and opportunity identification by academics.

The study will be conducted in Italy, and it will be focused on the 47.000 scientists affiliated to the 64 STEM Italian Universities.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
