The new frontiers of managing intellectual capital for the development of sustainable strategic planning in the public sector

The current project aims to investigate the relationships between IC and sustainability policies in SP of public sector organisations, evaluating the appropriateness of contemporary guidelines in order to promote both IC and sustainability in such organisations.

Objectives: the era of knowledge economy, IC plays a central role in organisations, thus public sector organisations require appropriate strategies for its management, development and measurement;
2.the development of IC is a part of sustainability policies; the public sector IC plays a central role for the effectiveness of public services;
4.sustainability policies in public sector organisations require to undertake a long-term planning perspective.
