Interaction between cells and hybrid multifunctional nanosystems based on nanowires SiC/Si02: ultrastructural study in scanning electron microscopy and transmission

This project is part of a multidisciplinary research aimed at modeling and implementation of an innovative family of multifunctional nano-hybrid optimized protocols for the treatment of degenerative cellular processes in solid tumors. The rationale is based on the coupling of oxidative processes and hyperthermic with the added value of the traceability of nanosystems. In detail, the research project will address the ultrastructural study of the interaction of nano-based nanowires SiC/Si02 with the cell membrane, its possible morphological change, penetration and mode of internalization primarily through scanning electron microscopy and transmission.
