The research program involves:
- Analysis and critical review of scientific articles, reports and other literary sources, including web sites, related to the benchmarking and the evaluation of eGovernment projects and services and to the impacts they can generate;
- Generation of the relevant variables at the basis of the assessment process of eGovernment initiatives and development of a framework for comparing the level of maturity achieved by initiatives aim at the digitization of the interactions between PA and its stakeholders;
- Validation of the framework through its application to projects and services developed by Italian local authorities, with a particular focus on the identified priority areas, through the collection of field data and the valorization of the defined metrics.
