Pathway Analysis In A Parkinson's Disease Cell Model

The project mainly focuses on the investigation of pathways that are protective in a cell culture model of Parkinson’s disease. Primary methods will be cell culture techniques and biochemical methods e.g. live cell imaging, pharmacological intervention, RNAi, immunocytochemistry and immunoblotting.
