Innovative tools for understanding, conservation, management of historic buildings. The architectural heritage of Cremona, construction components and techniques

According to the available repertoires on the architectural heritage, in particular on historic buildings in public property, identification of elements and construction techniques, including modes and characteristics of degradation.Transposition of strategies and innovative survey and design methods, documenting also choices of management and use, evaluation of environmental data and energy behaviour.On significant buildings, surveying lighting and heating systems, from the project to the existing situation, start monitoring to evaluate the performance of plants and hygrothermal characteristics of the building.Compare these data with those emerging from similar surveys conducted in other buildings from other research units of the BHIMM program both to clarify the interrelationships between building characteristics, conditions of use, heating systems performances, and to assess the insertion of data in advanced information systems
