Duties: involve research on the evasion of CO2 from boreal headwaters, and the role of this evasion in the “Aquatic Conduit” of carbon from forest soils back to the atmosphere via surface waters.
The PhD student will cooperate with researchers in the Krycklan Riparian Observatory. The work will involve supervision of field work to collect new data on riparian CO2 sources, and continuous records of CO2 concentrations in runoff.
