Increase of engraftment percentage of trasplanted adipose tissue by administration of carbon dioxide in the recipient area: experimental study on animal model and on clinical applications in plastic and reconstructive surgey

Prospective study on animal model (athymic nude mice) to evaluate the effectiveness of the administration of carbon dioxide on increasing the percentage of engraftment of adipose human tissue previously transplanted, clinical applications in plastic and reconstructive surgery. After asessing the results on animal model will be investigated the application of the methodic in various fields of plastic and reconstructive surgery; more specifically, will be evaluated the results of fat garft and CO2 administration in select patients with outcomes of burns and radiation therapy, breast reconstruction, outcomes of high - energy trauma, pressure ulcers and "difficult" wounds
