DNA methylation analysis of transcriptional regulative sequences in human genome

Please note that the job is no longer active!

DNA methylation analyses will be carried out by different techniques able to detect 5mC after bisulfite reaction (COBRA, cloning and sequencing, epiTYPER) and 5hmC for a locus-specific analysis (glucosyltransferase combined with glucosyl-5hmC sensitive restriction endonuclease) in order to detect changes in DNA methylation patterns which correlate with ageing or tumorigenesis.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
