5. “In vitro” and “in vivo” experiments performed on wild tipe and adenosine A2a Receptor KO mice (Adora2a) characterized by steatotic liver condition, exposed to surgical ischemia-reperfusion or partial hepatectomy and treated with A2a receptors agonists . Hepatocytes, endothelial and Kupffer cells isolation. Experiments performed using primary and immortalized cell lines. PCR, WB, cytofluorimetric, fluorimetric and spettrofotometric assays.
