Food chain organization and R&D activities: focus on the development of healthy food production

The research aims a deep comprehension of existing relationship between food chain organization and their efficiency in generating innovation. A special focus will be devoted to the production of low price healthy food.
The research issue is related to the implementation of the research project Chance (www.chancefood.eu), co-funded by the European Commission.
