In developing countries, as a matter of survival, children and adults engage in collection and processing of local solid waste. These activities cover many areas and are constantly changing. Even people involved in these activities are highly mobile and vulnerable. Our goal is to propose a model that allows specific training to enhance their skills and abilities, to set a validation process of these abilities and skills that will allow this population to carry out their activities in greater health security, playing a specific role in the fight against pollution; to gain a greater social recognition, and to be recognized as the holder of a know-how that deserves to be transmitted. The project will be developed in two phases
