Identification of antimicrobial peptides from Antarctic fishes (Chionodraco hamatus, Trematomus bernacchii). Expression of the peptide mRNA transcripts by real-rime PCR. Identification of possible mature sequences of the antimicrobial peptides and assays of antibacterial activity. Statistical analyses of experimental data. Publication of scientific papers.
