Transcriptional circuits regulating skeletal muscle fiber phenotypes in physiological and pathological conditions

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The research project aim to discover novel transcriptional circuits regulating skeletal muscle fiber phenotypes by means of mRNA expression profiling coupled to miRNA deep sequencing. This approach will be applied at the single fiber level both to physiological and pathological muscles. We expect to better understand the molecular mechanisms involved in myofiber type determination

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
