Well-being and sustainable lifestyles: Educational programs in post-modern society and responsible consumptions

Please note that the job is no longer active!

This triennal research project (2013-2015) aims to collect data in order to test the thesis of “sportification health” [Porro, Raymond, eds, 2008] in relation to the "mediated" and global sport [Martelli 2010, 2012] and therefore for commercial advertising on the one hand, and, the other hand, public policies aimed at supporting “sport for all” and to spread healthy and sustainable lifestyles in the population.
In this perspective, the research will collect data (quantitative and qualitative) in the course of 3 years and 4 sub-projects, in order to verify the hypothesis on the relationships between commercial advertising and media exposure during major sporting events 2013/2014, with the intent to collect best practices in the field of food consumption and physical and sports activities, in order to improve the well-being and to make suggestions to the decision makers in public policy for health and physical activity of the population.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
