The research proposed aims at applying nanostructured materials to the development of new methodological approaches for the early evaluation of markers of diagnostic interest, with specific attention coronary artery disease (CAD) and to acute myocardial infarction (IMA).
The project goal is the synthesis of polymeric sorbent materials with entailed recognition properties for the recognition of selected analytes. These materials would be produced with the technique of molecularly imprinted polymeric (MIP), both in macro-format and in form of MIP nanoparticles and would be employed to the development of assays for rapid testing on microplates of markers of cardiovascular diseases.
Specific target molecules considered would be markers of heart failure (B natriuretic peptide, BNP, C.reactive protein, CRP, troponin, hepcidin).
Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
The competition will be carried out by an evaluation of titles and examination by means of an interview.
