Please note that the job is no longer active!

The research project involves the analysis of the bones found in four graves which are distinguished by the richness of the grave good comprising the remains of musical instruments, such as lyrai and auloi. The study of the anatomy of the virtual bones and the musical instruments will be performed by scanning systems and specific software for data processing, through which will be created digital models using high precision. The analysis of the bones will aim to obtain information on the individual buried: gender, age, and perhaps the reason of the death and whether it belongs to the indigenous community. The study of virtual musical instruments, or parts thereof, will be aimed at analyzing the particular acoustic and original morphology. Where appropriate, in the fragmented findings or damaged will be modeled any missing parts and they will be restore virtually.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
