Monitoring adverse reactions due to vaccine use: an interragional project

The project focuses on reporting adverse events (possible side effects) that occur after the administration of vaccines. It is based on an active sharing among the health care professionals of a pharmacovigilance system to collect reports of vaccinated children in their forst two years of life. For each vaccination it is given to parents a diary consists of a card where to report any adverse events to preserve and give back for the next vaccination. The health care professional has the task of gather alla the cards (filled or not) and record all the serious adverse events into the web -platform
