Pathogenetic role of cellular microenvironment in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Please note that the job is no longer active!
Intrinsic factors such as genetic lesions, anti-apoptotic proteins, and aberrant signaling networks within leukemia cells have long been the main focus of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) research. It is increasingly clear that external signals from the leukemia microenvironment make pivotal contributions to disease progression in CLL. The objective of the research is to identify biological pathways involved in this cellular network, focusing on interactions with endothelial cells.
