You want to propose an algebraic theory of the Umbral Calculus as an alternative to existing theory based on the calculation of the operators. The topics will be a monograph. Numerical methods for the solution of Boundary Value Problems will be a further object of research. In particular, you will seek: a) discrete methods of high order but with associated system of tridiagonal form, b) solutions in polynomial form based on Bernoulli polynomials.
