As of now a 3-year PhD student position in the field of autoimmune skin blistering disease research is available at the Department of Dermatology, University of Luebeck, Germany.
The project is focused on dissecting the pathogenic role of IgG Fc glycosylations in the autoimmune blistering skin disease bullous pemphigoid. This study includes biochemical and immunological tools and mouse experiments. For this purpose, we seek highly motivated and qualified candidates.
