Methodologies and testing procedures for digital control system interface of ASIC based on RFID technology and integrated in advanced CMOS processes

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) technology is growing as interest in many areas and it has been used for several application industrial and commercial markets. The RFID devices – are composed by a passive TAG able to transmit relevant data relating to the object, which they are associated. In the design of a device of this type is of fundamental importance the testing phase, to ensure compliance with the specifications imposed by the RFID standards. The research activities will focus on the design of instruments and methods of testing and implementation of testing operation of a digital controller for an ASIC based on a passive RFID tag, which interfaces with a peripheral Input / Output and a sensor. Interface. The test-protocol realized must be able to establish the correct functionality of the device and proper communication with all its interfaces as well as with the RFID protocols - NFC (ISO 18 092) and ISO 14443 (A and B)

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
