Piezoelectric energy scavenging autonomous system integration and prototype demo realization

Please note that the job is no longer active!

Development of integrated platform systems comprising different functionalities, such as measurement, actuation and control, recently had a wide diffusion in various microelectronics market sectors. Integration of multiple devices, such as transductors and actuators, with sensors, processing units and transceivers is a growing research field in CMOS semiconductor technology. Device miniaturization and power consumption reduction are important challenges for this application field. This research work objective is to study and evaluate scavenging systems that transform mechanical vibrations to electrical energy used to power integrated subsystems composed by multiple heterogeneous elaboration and measurement nodes.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
