Please note that the job is no longer active!
The present research was created with the aim of overcoming the field limits recorded by the microcredit practitioners and offering an innovative research contribution into the microfinance application development in Italy.
The microcredit programs outcome and performance are generally evaluated focusing on economic and tangible parameters. However, the complex identity of microcredit requires a multidisciplinary approach to observe the phenomenon from different perspectives.
The research project aims to understand and evaluate the potential of microcredit programs in the Italian economic situation, as well as to identify their potential outreach. The objective of the study will be to develop the assessment tool within a multidisciplinary context composed of economists, lawyers, sociologists and anthropologists.
