Security in Wireless Sensor Networks - Rif. 370/2012

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The program of research proposes the creation of an open source and easy to use platform for the design of secure wireless sensor networks (WSN).

The platform will fully support the development of a variety of WSN applications which require data security. In the field, the platform will support the integration of sensors on the nodes, including key management and authentication.

A typical application of the WSN platform includes:

• the nodes to be deployed on the field with firmware to manage the basic WSN features;

• the interfacing of sensors with the WSN nodes;

• The firmware developed specifically for the application, which configures and integrates the capabilities of the WSN. This typically includes the acquisition and processing of local sensor readings and safe transmission to the data server.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
