European Research Council funded fellowship Design methodologies for developing ultra-low-power and resilient many-core platforms

Please note that the job is no longer active!

University of Bologna is designing a new programmable multi-core architectural template (soft IP) that can aggressively exploit parallel processing opportunities by energy efficient parallelization on several ultra-low-power processing elements that are connected to shared-L1 low-voltage memories.
The processor-to-memory interconnect is the critical building block in this architecture. Since the operating voltage and frequency of the system are quite low, this interconnection should have a very low latency to obtain high performance. This project will develop a single-cycle interconnection network featuring ultra-high bandwidth (approximating an ideal multi-ported memory).

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
