The research consists first in the production of a critical edition of the questions present in Collationes oxonienses (qq. 8.9 and 10) of John Duns Scotus relevant for metaphysical issues, and secondly doctrinal analysis of these questions in comparison with the positions taken by Scotus in his major works in order to understand the possible originality of Scotus’ theory as it is exposed in the Collationes.
