Design and development of services for the management of scientific data and publication in distributed infrastructures offering access and support to VRE specifically tailored for Ecological Niche Modeling testing and projection

The candidate will be called to design and develop innovative services for scientific data management in the context of a distributed infrastructure supporting the creation and deployment of Virtual Research Environments. In particular, s/he will analyze the requirements and issues for the management of such data in the context of three European projects (EUBrazilOpenBio, iMarine e ENVRI), survey state of the art for Ecological Niche Modeling, Ecological Outliers Discovery, and Occurrence Points Validation and propose innovative services for the retrieval, processing and visualization of such typology of data.
The candidate will be called also to design the distributed data infrastructure required by the EAGLE project.
Moreover, s/he will contribute to the dissemination of the resulting achievements
