New molecular markers to evaluate susceptibility and prognosis and to identify targeted-therapies in in adult and childhood ALL.
Please note that the job is no longer active!
The project will be focused on two main tasks:
1) charaterization of the role of miR-223 in adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)
2) characterization of miRNA profile in pediatric ALL. In particular, the miRNA profile of serum samples from ALL patients will be assessed.
The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in molecular biology (cloning, western blot, PCR), cell biology (FACS analysis, lymphoid cell lines cell coltures) with skills in both miRNA measurement by qRT-PCR as well as functional characterization of miRNA function (miRNA target identification and validation, miRNA overexpression in lymphoid cell lines by lentiviral transduction)
Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
