AgreenSkills is an open programme for international mobility ( It supports inventive, talented young researchers, from all disciplines and from all over the world, to develop challenging basic or targeted research projects in the fields of agriculture, environment, food and nutrition, and animal health.

AgreenSkills offers attractive conditions in terms of salary, optimal research conditions, training, networking opportunities, as well as personalized support for a career development plan.

This announcement regards only incoming mobility towards laboratories within the Agreenium members .

AgreenSkills is based on flexibility and openness with a continuous open call over the period 2012-2015, in a broad range of topics in agriculture, environment, food and nutrition.

AgreenSkills is an international mobility programme co-funded by the European Commission in the frame of the COFUND - FP7 People Programme coordinated by INRA and Agreenium.

Salaries conditions almost 60% over and above French state salaries for young researchers.

Eligibility criteria

• Holding a PhD (or PhD awarded by mobility start date);
• Having a maximum of ten years research experience after Master’s degree;
• Not having spent more than 12 months in the last 3 years in France (for incoming);
• Having published in peer-reviewed journals;

Selection process

Proposals will be evaluated by an internal and external selection process twice a year, according to strict selection criteria focusing on the professional skills and research potential of the candidates, the quality of the project and the attention paid to the career plan development.
