In Italy the sixth ‘Premio Valore Lavoro’ prize ceremony for human resources management has been hosted in Ancona
The city of Ancona has just hosted the closing event of the ‘Work Value Prize’ on December, 11th. Promoted with ESF support in the Marche region, the prize recognises good business practices in the area of human resources across a range of public and private sector organisations. “At a time of great social and economic distress, such an event that rewards good practice in business becomes even more meaningful” said Regional Minister for Education, Training and Employment, Marco Luchetti. “Each candidate has had to cope with the crisis, but has been able to renew itself and meet the new challenges of the market through research, innovation and investment – without compromising its human resources, but rather focusing on them and their ability to grow”.
