The Czech Republic has launched a company internship project to support employment
In the Czech Republic, some 270 employers and over 1200 job-seekers have signed up for the ‘Company Internship’ project in its first month. The project aims to benefit all participants: the companies get the chance to evaluate and train prospective employees, while the interns gain valuable experience for the future and have the opportunity to show their abilities. A subsidy is given for each internship, which can last from one to six months. The project is co-funded by the ESF.
