New perspectives for the low-skilled in Poland
The New Perspectives project in the town of Grajewo in Poland has been running since September 2012. Its objective is to support people at risk of social exclusion, and in particular those with low qualifications. Participants from this group are offered educational opportunities to fill in the gaps and open pathways to work and new skills. With expert and psychological help where needed, participants can follow English language courses, and computer workshops are planned. The aim is to reinvigorate participants’ determination to get work and offer them new opportunities for the future. The project is co-funded by the ESF and is free of charge.
