Cypriot architects use ESF funding to boost employee productivity

In Cyprus, the firm Gabrielides Architects has successfully completed an ESF co-funded project to boost the productivity of its workforce. Based on a clear business plan, the project involved specialised training for staff members – along with the implementation of new business and design software – to upgrade skills and increase productivity. The project is part of a Cypriot ESF priority to replace low-performing jobs in the economy with high-productivity positions filled by skilled workers.
