Transnational mobility measures for disadvantaged youth and young adults

On behalf of the ESF Transnational Learning Network 'TLN Mobility', the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Germany organises a Learning Seminar to take place on 22 October in Berlin

The seminar is targeted at all ESF Managing Authorities and Implementing Bodies in Europe interested and/or involved in running transnational mobility programmes in the ESF 2014-2020 funding period.

ln line with the key intentions of the EU flagship initiative "Youth on the Move" and the Youth Guarantee scheme, over the course of the last 15 months, the 17 ESF Managing Authorities and lmplementing Bodies of TLN Mobility have defined a voluntary joint framework for supporting transnational mobility measures under the ESF. This framework, the Coordinated Call on ESF Transnational Mobility Measures for Disadvantaged Youth and Young Adults, sets mandatory common minimum standards for transnational youth mobility and serves as a guideline for Member States and regions who plan to design and launch youth mobility measures as part of their respective national and regional Operational programmes.
