ESF supports foreign language training among Hungarian graduates
The University of Pécs in Hungary is launching a language training programme to give students the linguistic skills that modern careers demand. The project aims to improve foreign-language education so that students can obtain their degrees along with specialised language knowledge. Some 48 foreign language programmes will be launched including around 420 training modules, and will be open to students from all faculties. Hungary has one of the lowest percentages of foreign-language speakers in the EU and the project aims to redress this, while supplying employers and the labour market with the skills they need.
