In Spain, young people prepare to start their own business after an ESF workshop on entrepreneurship
A full day of professional guidance for prospective young entrepreneurs was on offer at the ‘geriatric care’ workshop held in Andalusia, Spain. Organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurial Development Support in the municipality of Carboneras, the workshop attracted 15 students for whom this was their first contact with the ideas and culture of entrepreneurship.
Consulting advice and training were given, and the participants have since gone on to discuss setting up a co-operative to market care services for the elderly – for which they are demanding more advanced, additional workshops! The workshops are held with ESF support.
