The ESF is helping Italy’s construction sector with professional skills and knowledge-based training
Prato’s School of Construction has provided 125 young Italian workers and educators with valuable training to help boost the local construction labour market. Across two different modules, 71 apprentices and 54 business mentors strengthened their transferable and professional skills while also developing their technical knowledge of the construction sector.
In total, the project offered a range of eight different courses, knocking up 736 hours of complex training. The training project, managed by the Provence of Prato, was supported with EUR 90 000 from the ESF.
