Poland launches the project "Watch out! A way to success" for special-needs children
A Polish ESF funded project is implementing a learning curriculum to stimulate the development of children with special educational needs. It combines the Tomatis method on audio-psycho-phonological stimulation, and Gardner’s multiple intelligence theory - involving tailoring the learning environment to a child’s needs. Both of these therapies are used to assist children overcome the disadvantages of dyslexia, learning difficulties and concentration disorders among others, and improve their learning and school performance. The project covers 71 schools and 1100 schoolchildren across Poland.
