Quality assurance

The overall objective of this 24-month project called "Development of Qualification Framework for lifelong learning", which started on 7th March 2016 is contribution to strengthening quality and efficiency of the education system including provision of adult learning and contribution to the comparability of education systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina with education systems in the EU based on EU strategy 2020 and EQF.

Demo project "The Model for Establishing the System of Accreditation of the Programme for Continuing Professional Development of VET Teachers", implemented by Agency for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Education in BIH (APOSO), with the support of ETF, aims to contribute to strengthening the capacity of relevant institutions in the field of continuing professional development (CPD) of VET teachers.

 

City Development Agency Banja Luka is continuously preparing development projects and runs them for the calls for projects to publish within the current development programmes, projects and available funds. During April and May 2017, the agency prepared two new projects in cooperation with local partners.

 

For the second time this year, The Night of Trades will be hosted by Hungarian VET institutions and participating businesses on 21 April 2017 from 6 pm to 10 pm. At nearly five hundred different sites within and beyond our borders, we await all those who are interested in the world of trades and vocational training, with over 4,500 programmes.

The conference "Occupational standards as quality assurance for teachers and educators " was held on March 30th 2017 in Banja Luka.

The conference was organized within the activities of  Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska in the project "Development of Qualifications Framework for General Education", funded by the European Union. The conference targeted one of the project components – component three: Education and professional development of teachers and educators.

On the 27th October EPALE LV was launced at a conference attended by around 100 Adult Education (AE) stakeholders: Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Welfare, Ministry of Economics, EACEA representative, municipality representatives, HE representatives, NGO representatives, AE providers, teachers, journalists and employers. The formulation of the Austrian LLL strategy and the European Council recommendations on validation from December 2012 represent two essential steps towards an Austrian validation strategy. A working group has been established, and the meanwhile concluded consultation process has defined content-related and structural corner markers.
