Governments across South-East Europe are updating their national legislation and modernising their old waste management infrastructure. This includes the creation of regional waste disposal systems, and the construction of large-scale waste and wastewater treatment plants. The event will include sessions, aimed at engaging the participants in lively discussions on issues that will influence possible solutions. Participants will include state administration executives, municipality representatives, investors and entrepreneurs, waste operators and representatives from the waste management, recycling, ecology and construction industries.
There will be a wide range of exhibitors including organisations specialising in waste treatment (thermal, biological, mechanical), waste collection, composting technologies and equipment, recycling equipment and technologies, waste-to-energy, environmental monitoring and environment protection equipment.
