"Wetlands aLive" closing conference

LIFE-Nature project, Conservation and upgrading of habitats for rare butterflies of wet, semi-natural meadows (LIFE06 NAT/PL/000100) will organise its final conference as the main event of the Warsaw World Wetlands Day celebrations 2010.

Targeting LIFE-Nature projects focusing on biodiversity conservation, with an emphasis on central European wetlands, the conference aims to present the current challenges and constraints in the conservation and restoration of wetland ecosystems in Europe.
